Brochure design for social enterprise; Salute My Job detailing the importance of cyber security and how SaluteMyJob can offer training and support.
The direction for this brochure was new to SaluteMyJob. I worked closely with the marketing team on the project to analyse what didn't work with previous pieces of collateral and how we could elevate the visual language to appeal to a wider audience and stand out from the competition.
I obtained suitable inspiration from varied sources and carried out thorough research in the cyber security sector, distilling important facts and information, then provided three visual routes to present to the client and key stakeholders.
Using photography throughout the brochure would give a more human experience, whilst pairing it with a monotone effect gave a more modern look.
Bold, blocked complimentary colours, creates a bold, visually impactful style whilst the negative space gives the copy space to breathe and helps the information legible to the viewer.
The use of infographics helps to display data and facts to the reader in an approachable and easily digestible way.
The result was a 75% increase with SMJ at the job fair, all brochures taken by the end of the day and a new visual language for SaluteMyJob going forwards.
